WE BACK UP WHAT WE SELL

Having trouble with your equipment? Bring it in and we’ll figure it out. Have a warranty issue? We’ll help you get it resolved. We’ll do everything in our power to make it right! Our staff are trained and certified to make things just right whether from the beginning such as a boot or bike fit, or after you leave when you’re having trouble with your boots or you have a warranty issue.

While an appointment is never necessary for basic services, if you need your equipment turned around super quick, it’s helpful to give us a ring at 518-563-7245 so we can schedule accordingly.
